I’m Tomasz Domański, the creator and developer of Alimentor. I have a degree in computer engineering and previously worked as an SAP Managing Consultant at Deloitte. My journey with Alimentor began in 2014 out of personal necessity. At that time, I was amidst a challenging separation that involved child support and custody proceedings.
Like many parents going through a divorce, I found myself deeply frustrated with the cumbersome process of documenting and presenting evidence of my involvement in raising my child to the court. Gathering relevant emails and receipts, manually calculating timeshare percentages, and creating summary tables became incredibly tedious. Moreover, I realized that there might be more custody battles in my future. Seeking a permanent solution, I made the decision to develop a dedicated application. This application would enable me to effortlessly track my parenting time and expenses, simplifying what was once an overwhelming task.
Over the years, Alimentor has transformed into a comprehensive child custody journal, planner, and parenting calendar. It is available for iPhone, iPad, and Mac and is continually enhanced with new features based on feedback and requests from its users.
